We embarked on a customer satisfaction survey on Monday 11th May 2020 through a strategic partnership between Nyeri Water and Sanitation Company Ltd and Dedan Kimathi University of Technology.
The survey will cover a representative sample and measures have been taken to protect both the data collectors and the respondents against possible exposure to the Corona Virus. If you are picked to respond to the questionnaire, kindly provide us correct information which will assist us to enhance the services that we offer to you. The data collection process will run up to 15th May 2020.
