At NYEWASCO, we believe that great service starts with listening to the people we serve. Following a public notice issued by the Water Services Regulatory Board (WASREB) regarding the proposed tariff review for NYEWASCO, we are opening the conversation to our most important stakeholders — our customers.
Tariff reviews are a normal and necessary part of planning for improved water and sanitation services. As our region continues to grow, so does the need to invest in sustainable infrastructure, efficient service delivery, and long-term water security. Any changes or adjustments made must balance affordability for households and responsible development for the future of our utility.
This is why public participation matters. We are inviting all our customers to attend the upcoming public participation forums being held across our service area, share their views, ask questions, and make recommendations on the proposed tariff application and service delivery plan.
These sessions are your chance to shape decisions that directly impact NYEWASCO’s future operations, service quality, and sustainability goals. We value your feedback on what works, what needs improvement, and how we can deliver services in a way that serves you better today and for generations ahead.
