Our attention has been drawn to unscrupulous individuals engaging in the following illegal activities;
1. Illegal water connection – Having access to our water services without a duly acquired water connection and not paying for the service.
2. Illegal sewer connection – connecting yourself to the company’s sewer system without following the appropriate procedure and not paying for the service.
3. Directing storm water into the sewer system which is designed for domestic and industrial waste water.
We urge you to regularize your water and sewer connection by visiting our office for official application for the services
failure to which, you will be subject to penalties.

The Company held a Full Board meeting today for the 3rd quarter of the Financial Year 2019/2020. The Directors led by the Chairman Mr. Patrick K. Munuhe were in attendance and all agenda matters were successfully attended to.
The journey to ISO 9001:2015 re-certification kicked off on 21st February 2020 with the arrival of the audit team at the company’s premises. An opening meeting was conducted to brief the auditees of the objectives of the audit which commenced thereafter.
The audit was successfully completed on 22nd February 2020 and a closing meeting was held between the auditee and the auditors.
The auditors thanked the management for proper facilitation which saw the objectives of the audit being met on time.
The company was first ISO 9001:2008 certified in January 2017 and later transitioned to ISO 9001:2015 in 2018.
